The Scotch Argus butterflies are showing well at the moment and are one of my 'August alarm-clock' species, with each sighting reminding me of the time of year!
Two very productive tours yesterday as we encountered Golden Eagle, White-tailed Eagle, Otters, Hen Harrier, Mountain Hare, Pipistrelle Bats hunting moths and much more!
We recorded a grand total of 7 mammal species on the evening tour!
