Standing in the middle of a super volcano and watching cuckoos in the sunshine!
Another great excursion across on the #Ardnamurchan peninsula yesterday. Early on in the tour we watched three White-tailed Eagles together, which seemed to spark strong pair bonding between two of the adults.
We also enjoyed a nice mixture of small birds, including Linnets, Meadow Pipits, Skylarks, Stonechat, Swallows, Sand Martins and Wheatears. Great-northern Divers were looking spectacular as they close in on their breeding plumage.
